Currently, I serve as the Chief Development Officer and Founding Partner at Bedrock International Group, LLC in Houston, Texas, where I direct technical and building operations for large-scale commercial, multi-family, mixed-use, and hospitality developments.

Over the course of my 31+ year career, my global footprint includes:

• Massive Scale: Successfully delivering over 11 million square feet of developed asset space.

• Worldwide Reach: Led award-winning project teams, managing multi-disciplined operations across 4 continents, 7 countries & 26 U.S. states

• Financial Stewardship: Overseeing a combined career portfolio value exceeding $1.8 billion.

Before anchoring my work at Bedrock, I expanded my industry reach as the Managing Director of ICCI International (operating across the US and the Middle East) and Blue Moon Construction, LLC. I also served as the Design Division Director for V3 Middle East in Saudi Arabia, where I synchronized a multi-disciplinary team of 58 architects and engineers delivering 30+ major projects simultaneously. Early in the dot-com era, I pioneered AEC technology as the co-founder and CEO of Eurekus, Incorporated in Palo Alto, securing a $8M venture capital term sheet to automate the architectural specification process.

Key Career Milestones

• Proforma Optimization: Engineered a $6M equity increase by strategically restructuring parcel sizes to maximize value per SF.

• Crisis Resolution: Averted a critical construction halt and saved $2M by actively resolving a high-stakes operational misunderstanding between a city inspector and a concrete contractor.

• Operational Efficiency: Shifted company paradigms from Quality Control to Quality Assurance, yielding a 20% boost in revenue per employee and sharply reducing staff turnover.
